1 STARTUPPER ASSISTANT - Internship 2-3 months

You will work alongside and together with the founders of the company, bringing Urban Gorillas and its members to the top.


As a Startupper Assistant, you will be involved with all the projects & tasks that a Startup requires; from the most skills required for which your mentors will train and guide you through it to the most simple one.


Within Urban Gorillas you will learn the basic of the creation and the development of a Startup in the Sport industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Fitness Coach Assistance

  • Providing a warm welcome & goodbye to the members before & after the sessions

  • Helping the coaches to demonstrates exercises

  • Helping the coaches to provide a good atmosphere during the sessions

  • Handling logistic aspects before, during, and after the sessions

• Marketing & Community Creation

  • Visual Content Creation: photo shooting, short clip video, Canva, etc.

  • Co-creation of events for our Community

  • Communicating with the community and the potential new members via email, messages, Social Media, Face to Face, or phone call

• Business Development

  • Leads Generation

  • Prospection via email and cold-calling

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a High proficient level of English, and ideally, have a good level of Spanish

  • You are creative & Innovative

  • You are proactive & committed

  • You master all the social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok etc.

  • Physical Education is one of your passion

  • You ideally practice a sport or a physical practice

2 URBAN GORILLAS’ COACH – Part-Time

You will work alongside and together with the founders of the company, bringing Urban Gorillas and its members to the top. As a coach, you believe in life balance: work & passion and so your life is about. 

You ideally have another passion/work combined with physical & coaching activity which provides you happiness and completeness.

 As an Urban Gorillas’ Coach, you will be responsible for providing a qualitative and safe context for workout sessions to the Community and the Business Partners.  


Your Responsibilities:

  • Coaching

    • Guiding or co-guiding a sequence of physical group activity (HIIT, Circuit, Functional, Boxing, Weights, etc.)

    • Teaching techniques to our members which ensure their safety

    • Demonstrating properly physical exercises

    • Animating, encouraging, and motivating the community before, during, and after the sessions

    • Providing a good atmosphere during the sessions

    • Handling logistic aspects before, during, and after the sessions

    • Fully coaching our members to reach their physical or personal physical goals

    • With the experience, creating your own activity sequences/programs

  • Urban Gorillas Community Creator

    • Being interested in and knowing each member of the community

    • Retaining and maintaining current members

    • Being a support for the community, by creating a trustful relationship

    • Being a Gorilla by participating of minimum one session/week of your choice

    • Taking part in our events

  • Urban Gorillas Service Delivery

    • Sharing the values of the company: Commitment, Family Spirit, Safety first, Beyond the goal

    • Mastering the Company & Business Partners offers and processes: membership offers, process to join the community, process to book a session, etc.

    • Providing a warm welcome & goodbye to the members before & after the sessions

    • Providing a high and qualitative service

    • Attending to team/company meetings

    • Maintaining and cleaning equipment and locations for our members and business partners

    • Bringing positive and high energy to the community and the coaches team

  • Business Development

    • Bringing ideas: innovative activities, new sessions, new locations, etc.

    • Developing Urban Gorillas network via word-of-mouth

    • Respecting the company image on social media

What you need to succeed:

You practice a sport or a physical activity besides your formal job and are willing to bring this aspect of your life to the next level by becoming a coach for few hours a week

  • You have a High proficient level of English & Spanish

  • You have the ROPEC Certificate

  • You have a previous personal or professional experience as Coach/Team Manager/Career Manager

  • You are creative & Innovative

  • You are proactive & committed

  • Feeling already part of the Urban Gorillas Family

3 URBAN GORILLAS’ YOGA COACH – Part Time

You ideally have another passion/work combined with physical & coaching activity which provides you happiness and completeness.

As an Urban Gorillas’ Yoga Coach, you will be responsible for providing a qualitative and safe context for workout sessions to the community and the business partners.  

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coaching

    • Guiding or co-guiding a Yoga sequence (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Rocket, Yin, etc.)

    • Teaching technics and alignments to our members which ensure their safety

    • Demonstrating or guiding properly Asanas or Yoga practices

    • Animating, encouraging, and motivating the community before, during, and after the sessions

    • Providing a good and healing atmosphere during the sessions

    • Handling logistic aspects before, during, and after the sessions

    • Fully coaching our members on their yogi path

    • Creating your own Yoga sequences/programs

  • Urban Gorillas Community Creator

    • Being interested in and knowing each member of the community

    • Retaining and maintaining current members

    • Being a Support for the community, by creating a trustful relationship

    • Being a Gorilla by participating of minimum one session/week of your choice

    • Taking part in our events
